When you register an account with Tumukube, we collect minimal personal information to provide our services. This includes your email address, an encrypted password, and a unique user ID generated by our authentication provider (Google Firebase). If you purchase a VIP subscription, payment transaction IDs are temporarily processed, but we do not store your raw credit card or mobile money details on our servers.
2. How we use your data
We use your email address exclusively to authenticate your account, manage your VIP access status, and send important service announcements (such as password resets or VIP expiration notices). If you opt-in, we may also send you promotional emails or prediction newsletters via our secure third-party provider, Brevo.
3. Data sharing & security
Tumukube does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party advertisers. Your data is securely stored within our Firebase database infrastructure, which utilizes industry-standard encryption.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use standard browser cookies and local storage to maintain your active session (so you don't have to log in every time you visit) and to securely verify your VIP status when loading locked content.
5. Account deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time. To initiate an account deletion, please contact our support team through the Help & Support section on your profile page.
